Made it to 2/25/20 from 12/13/14 with no battery problems. Then a message stating Maximum Battery Charge has been reduced on 2/25/20. I rebooted both computers in hopes of resetting it to no avail. Contacted Tesla Service and they saw several faults from the Battery in the last 18 hours, so I took it in. They determined it needed to be replaced and did so (under warranty). Be aware that replacing the battery under warranty DOES NOT extend the warranty: it is still up to 8 years. |
