I'm considering a battery UPGRADE soon if I can find a newer than 2012 battery pack. EV's Enhanced (New Zealand) and Simon Andre' (in Quebec) are both offering systems to make this possible. The preferred one from Ev's enhanced isn't quite ready yet for a higher kWh pack swap yet. Regardless I'm preparing for this possibility since I still love this car 7.5 years after purchase. Note I did have to replace the On-Board charger this winter, (with one from a salvage yard at a cost of $600).
