The available miles to go display has always been inflated. The software upgrade made the distance calculation closer to what can be achieved, but the estimate is still inflated. The 80% limit on the timer charge is stopping at 80% of a new battery--not 80% of the current battery capacity. I don't know if that is good for the battery as it ages.
